Design

Posh+Folk focuses on Full Planning and Design as well as Partial Planning. Why? Because we believe this high level of service is critical for a smooth event. It also lets you enjoy your life leading up to your wedding, knowing that you have a trustworthy ally by your side. Our goal is to take on as much of the planning and design work as you feel comfortable with. Our three most popular packages are outlined below. We also have elopement packages for the adventurous couple, and micro-wedding packages for those smaller more intimate affairs, just contact us we would be happy to send you more info on those. And keep in mind we can customize a package that fits your needs.

 

FULL PLANNING AND DESIGN 

We want your engagement period as stress free as possible, so we do it all for you. We will chat style, wants and wishes, budget then we are off and running to plan your perfect wedding. We keep you in the loop and work with you to make decision you’re comfortable with but let us do all the heavy lifting. 

Planning Includes

  • Recommendations for all Vendors, as well as consultations to help book the appropriate vendor for your day.

  • Management of Vendors once booked

  • Management and booking of rentals  

  • Creation of budget tracker and payment calendar 

  • Continued Budgeting to ensure we stay on track 

  • Coordination of rehearsal and wedding day 

  • Production schedule and events timeline 

  • Day-of install, tear down and venue checkout 

  • Vendor Management on day-of 

  • Vendor meetings and consultations 

  • Venue site tour(s)

  • Plans/ layout management of seating chart, photography list etc. 

  • Curated client lounge via Aisle Planner, full of planning and design tools, in order to share information with your planner and keep planning on track

Design includes 

  • Mood board creation 

  • Design layout 

  • Floor plan creation 

  • Sourcing of all materials and rentals 

THE PERFECT FIT 

Maybe some of your vendors are already booked, or your venue manages your rental items. Maybe you just don't need Full Planning, but you want a bit more help than Wrap-Up package, that’s great too! Let's disuses exactly what you want and need planning help with and build a custom package that fits your needs. The Perfect Fit is our version of partial planning, but we let you pick and choose what add on services you want us to provide.

So, what's included then? It's our Wrap-Up Package plus any of the following a la cart items, choose one, two, three or four it's up to you. If you find yourself saying "ooooh I would want that one" to all 5 of these we recommended revisiting the Full Planning package, that might be a better fit for you.
